First: The administrative formation of the university

• The Board of Trustees is the highest supervisory authority of the university.
• The University’s Advisory Council as a supervisory body that assists the President of the University in organizing financial, administrative and educational matters and developing solutions and treatments that concern the course of the educational process.

• The president of the university, who is the chief executive officer of the university, undertakes the implementation of the general policy of the university with regard to educational, academic and administrative aspects in accordance with the university's rules and regulations.

• The Vice President of the University is responsible for the academic supervision of all faculties and departments at the University, assists the President of the University in administrative aspects, supervises student affairs, and implements the tasks assigned to him by the President of the Board of Trustees and the President of the University.

• The Secretary-General of the University assumes the executive responsibility for the administrative, financial and technical apparatus of the University.

Second: The educational components of the university

The university has three faculties:

• The College of Finance and Business and it consists of three scientific departments, the details of which will come in another part of this guide
• The College of Science and Engineering consists of three scientific departments, the details of which are in another part of this guide.
• The College of Medical Sciences consists of four scientific departments, the details of which are in another part of this guide.

Alrowad Center for Training and Consultation:

It carries out many training courses in various financial, administrative and scientific fields and contributes to the rehabilitation and preparation of those wishing to work and workers in companies, government and private institutions and official departments that seek to develop and qualify their employees.
